Lake Storsjon Monster

Like the Loch Ness monster in Scotland, Lake Storsjon's resident beast is a 20-foot lake monster with a long undulating neck. Reportedly, it has a horse-like mane, slick brown skin, and humps. It also has large, noticeable ears or horns. No one has yet taken a good photo of it, but most witnesses report either a plesiosaurid or wormlike body. Lake Storsjon is very similar to the other European lakes with monsters: all are deep and cold and were once connected to the sea. If this monster exists, its species most probably migrated into the lake when it was still connected with the ocean. The same is true with Loch Ness and other cryptid-housing lakes.
