Tatzelwurm

The Tatzelwurm is a European reptile cryptid, a mountain dwelling snake-like creature with two clawed front legs but no hind appendages. It reportedly has a cat-like face, yellow eyes, and a long body about 4 feet long. It has been mistaken for a stump on some occasions, and one alternate name for it means "mountain stump." There is only one good picture of this animal, which was taken during the 1930s. However, it has not been sighted for over 50 years, so it may now be extinct.
